Structure serves life
The system should support contact, memory, and action. When it starts demanding more life than it gives back, it should change.
A living orientation system
Begin with a different question: who are you — and what is the best that could come of that?
LifeOS combines my reflection practice with an AI environment. It helps me keep context, distinguish facts from interpretations and move from thinking to action. I remain responsible for the direction and the decisions.
Walk through one loopLife ↔ map
01 / The core loop
I record a situation, consider possible explanations and choose what to do. Then I check what actually happened.
The point is not to find one perfect answer. It is to keep continuity: see, choose, act — and let reality answer.
What I learn informs the next decision. A note alone does not close the loop if it changes neither my understanding nor what I do.
02 / Five bearings
These are the tests I use to see whether the system is helping or becoming another obligation.
The system should support contact, memory, and action. When it starts demanding more life than it gives back, it should change.
Before optimizing, I check whether I am working on the right problem. Not every difficulty needs a new plan.
Uncertainty can remain visible. I choose an action, and its result can change my mind.
Sometimes an experiment needs preparation: time, resources, support and a way to handle difficulties.
It helps me remember, compare and explore options. It can make suggestions, but I do not delegate the choice of what matters.
04 / Ecosystem
Explore the practice, get to know me, or see how I apply the approach in a business.
How experience becomes orientation, action, and learning from reality.
↗Where the method came from, how I work, and where the system ends and my authorship begins.

↗From one important business challenge to a decision, action, and a result you can check. Explore the approach, see an example, and find a starting point for working together.
↗Daniel ↔ LifeOS
Experiences from life and work shape the system. What it helps me understand informs the decisions that follow.
In 2024 I was already organizing my own Life OS in Notion. I also noted a problem: a system can become so elaborate that it is hard to use.
Today I develop this work with AI. I keep returning to the same question: what helps me live and act, and what merely needs maintaining?
More about me
06 / Boundaries
A useful conversation with a system does not replace action, relationships or support I need away from the screen.
Not positive thinking. The model must include pain, limits, and risk.
Not autosuggestion.A new narrative is a hypothesis to test.
Not personality optimization.A person is not a means for achieving a goal.
Not a substitute for therapy. The system does not replace relationships, the body, or professional care.
Not surrendering authorship to AI.Responsibility remains with the person.
Not a system for managing every part of life. When the answer is clear, it is better to live than to keep processing.
07 / The first turn
Choose a situation that is on your mind. Work through these questions on paper, in conversation or with AI. Separate what you know from what you are still testing.
What happened, and what am I experiencing directly?
What do I know — and what am I interpreting or predicting?
What model is most honest and useful today?
What is the smallest move that would test it?
How will I know that the map needs to change?
What actually happened?
