A path through different languages
My background runs through theoretical physics at the University of Warsaw, software engineering and leadership at MSD, entrepreneurship, and mentoring. Each environment taught me a different part of the same work: seeing structure, acting inside complexity, and not losing the person.
Music and sport keep reminding me that a system is not life. Structure can prepare conditions, but value is finally revealed in experience, relationship, and action.
Structure serves life. Never the other way around.
Where LifeOS came from
LifeOS grew out of my practice of taking notes, talking things through and working with people. I am building today’s AI environment on that foundation, so that what we learn does not disappear with a conversation and can inform later decisions.
The point is not to manage every part of life. It is continuity: keeping what experience teaches, separating fact from interpretation and revisiting decisions in light of what actually happens.
My role
I am the first practitioner, creator, and steward of LifeOS. The system can contribute memory, distinctions, alternatives, and execution. I remain responsible for intention, values, consent, taste, and consequences.
That boundary is also a design proposition for other AI systems: the more capable the tool, the more clearly we need to know what it must not take over.
Two applications. One test.
LifeOS works at the scale of a person and their life. BusinessOS carries the same loop into an organization: its memory, decisions, processes, and feedback. They are two applications of one core, with different readers, evidence, and responsibilities.
You do not need to adopt my language or believe in the names. Test whether the system increases contact with reality, supports a more honest move, and returns more authorship to a person or a company. If it does not, it should change or be set aside.
