Your choice comes first
Browsing does not require marketing consent. The Meta Pixel is not loaded before you accept, or if you reject. You can change your choice through “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. We store your choice and its date locally in your browser for up to 180 days; it contains no unique visitor ID. If browser storage is unavailable, the choice applies only to the current page session.
What happens if you accept
Meta Pixel (ID 2305644373600703) sends page visits and three named actions: clicking an email contact link, successfully copying an introduction, and completing the short company check. This supports measurement of interest and possible future advertising or retargeting. A contact click is not proof that an email was sent. We do not send the introduction text, message contents, answers to the check or contact details as event parameters. Automatic advanced matching and automatic event detection are disabled.
Data received by Meta
The pixel communicates with Meta and can transmit technical data such as your IP address, browser/device information, page URL, referrer and advertising-cookie identifiers. Meta may associate these events with your Facebook or Instagram account and use them according to its policies. This is not anonymous analytics. Our integration skips event tracking on URLs with query strings or fragments. Meta may set first-party cookies such as _fbp and _fbc, typically for up to 90 days; other Meta-side storage is governed by Meta’s policies.
Recipients, transfers and retention
Meta Platforms Ireland Limited receives the pixel data. Meta may process it outside the EEA using the safeguards described in its policies. Data held by Meta follows Meta’s retention rules; this website does not maintain a separate database of pixel events. Hosting providers (OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare) may process technical requests and security logs needed to deliver the site, independently of the optional pixel. Withdrawal and your rights
The optional pixel relies on your consent. Rejecting through “Cookie settings” stops future tracking, removes the pixel’s first-party cookies where accessible, and reloads the page to unload its code. This does not erase data already sent to Meta. Contact Daniel to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, or to exercise other applicable data-protection rights. You may complain to your data-protection authority, including Poland’s UODO. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Email and other local settings
Contact links open your email application. The site does not submit a contact form or transmit your draft. Sending an email is your separate action; correspondence is used to respond to your enquiry and is retained as needed for that conversation and applicable obligations. Some reading surfaces also store display preferences locally. They are not used for advertising. The QR code simply opens this website; scanning it does not itself grant consent.
