Good questions. Different skills. Work that matters. Join paid sessions where we learn how companies work, explore possibilities and build useful solutions together.
PAID SESSIONS · SHARED DISCOVERY · REAL RESPONSIBILITY
01 —
Different perspectives. A shared direction.
You don’t need to know the whole path. Start with a useful next step.
BEYOND A JOB TITLE
Your contribution doesn’t have to fit a job title.
You might see a process others miss. Build a working tool. Ask the question that changes the direction. Or bring all of those together. We make room for different kinds of contribution, without pretending everyone should do everything.

MORE IMPORTANTLY
What can we understand and deliver together?
Research, processes, design, AI, engineering, testing or delivery. Responsibilities follow the work — not a permanent label attached to a person.
THREE WAYS TO WORK
From a good question to something that works.
Sometimes we need to understand. Sometimes to try. Sometimes to take something all the way to use. We choose the format that fits the work.
01 UNDERSTAND
Discovery workshop
We explore a situation, challenge assumptions and discuss what a feature should actually do. You help define the work, not just execute a ready-made brief.
WE LEAVE WITH
A clearer picture. Key questions. A worthwhile next step.
A description · sample materials · a shared conversation
02 TRY
Prototyping studio
We turn an idea into a small experiment. A screen, a data flow, an AI-assisted workflow or an integration. We work with specific, authorised resources and test what we build.
WE LEAVE WITH
A prototype. Test evidence. A better next decision.
A sandbox · a bounded experiment · visible results
03 DELIVER
Delivery team
You take ownership of an agreed piece of work: implementation, testing, corrections and handover. We agree on the outcome, scope and acceptance criteria. You can propose the approach independently, or we can work it out together.
WE LEAVE WITH
A verified result. Clear ownership. Continuity.
An agreed scope · a budget · an acceptance check
These aren’t ranks. You can contribute in more than one format — or be excellent in just one.
WHAT WE MIGHT WORK ON
From a company model to the next useful decision.
We have a company model. What should happen next?
A company has been explored and mapped. Together we assess what the information actually supports. Is it enough to propose a change, or do we first need further discovery, a measurement or data analysis?
Assess what we know
Check sources, freshness, gaps and assumptions. What can we responsibly decide on this basis?
Fill a relevant gap
If more evidence is needed, propose a specific discovery task, measurement or analysis — and explain which decision it will help us make.
Propose and test a change
When the picture is sufficient, develop alternative processes or ways to support the current one. Agree on how to test their value.
We don’t automatically commission more research or build a portal for every map. The next step follows from what we know and what we need to achieve. We share the assessment, then agree who takes responsibility for each part.
GROWING TRUST AND RESPONSIBILITY
A small beginning. Room to go further.
Responsibility grows through shared experience. Not through a title assigned on day one, and not just because time has passed.
01
Bring your perspective
Questions, observations and ideas for a specific challenge.
Shared understanding
02
Make something tangible
A small prototype on agreed resources, with a way to check it.
A safe test space
03
Own a piece of the work
A defined outcome, budget, deadline and handover.
An explicit commitment
04
Lead a larger scope
Continuity, dependencies and delivery without constant direction.
Proven independence
05
Work with the client
In time: co-leading meetings or an agreed part of the relationship.
A separate mandate
↳
This is a possible path, not a promotion guarantee or a compulsory ladder. The scope, access and working arrangement are agreed separately each time.
HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
Room for your judgment. Clarity about commitments.
01
We listen before we design.
We start with the work people actually do, their constraints and what matters to them. We don’t force every situation into an AI solution.
02
We make our reasoning visible.
What did we observe? What are we assuming? How can we check? You can challenge an idea without having a finished alternative.
03
We propose, agree, then take ownership.
Initiative matters. So do boundaries. You can decline a scope; once you accept it, we need clear updates and early signals about obstacles.
04
The result outlives the meeting.
We leave sources, decisions and a way to resume. A well-tested limitation is worth more than a polished claim that something works.
YOUR POINT OF CONTACT
Daniel Dahan
I lead BOS and the client relationship. I bring context and direction; we develop solutions together. You don’t have to become a copy of me to make a valuable contribution.
A short conversation first. Then two sessions where we explore a case, try building and find out how well we work together.
1
A 30-minute conversation
Mutual fit, availability and terms. No unpaid project task.
2
A first 3-hour session
Shared understanding, a useful question and a first experiment.
3
Another 3 hours, if we agree
Developing the prototype and testing a handover. Further work is agreed separately.
WHAT YOU BRING
A practical AI toolkit, ready to use.
You can use agentic AI independently to produce and check results. Ideally, you have authorised access to capable frontier models or a well-built local model stack. You don’t have to be an expert, but this is not training from scratch.
Tentative pilot dates+
27 and 29 October 2026, 18:00–21:00 Europe/Warsaw. Proposed dates only: not yet booked or agreed with participants. If they don’t fit, let’s talk about another opportunity.
A FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS
Before we talk.
Do I need to be an AI expert?+
No. You do need practical experience using agentic AI: carrying out a task, checking the output and handling obstacles independently. We learn from each other while delivering work, rather than teaching the tools from scratch. This is not a course or a certification programme.
Can I join if I already have a job?+
Yes, if the agreed times and your other commitments allow it. We don’t assume availability between sessions. Don’t bring confidential materials or tools belonging to an employer without permission.
Who decides what I work on?+
We identify the work and propose the split together. You volunteer for a scope you can realistically take on; Daniel agrees priorities, budget and boundaries. Accepting a scope isn’t permission to spend money, change production systems or contact clients.
Which AI tools should I have?+
Bring a working AI toolkit you can use effectively and are authorised to use. Ideally, this includes access to capable frontier models or a well-built local model stack. A paid subscription isn’t the goal in itself; practical capability is. We agree on project-specific tools, costs and data access separately.
Do I need to run a business?+
Not necessarily. We agree on the appropriate contract and payment arrangement before work begins. This is separate from the practical AI skills and toolkit needed to participate.
Will I work directly with clients?+
Not by default at the start. In time, we can agree on co-leading meetings or taking on client-facing responsibility, after we’ve tested our working relationship and defined the mandate and access.
THE NEXT STEP
Tell me how you like to work.
A few sentences are enough: what you’d like to contribute, something you’ve worked on, and when you have time. No perfectly tailored CV required.
